Guest guest
Sheyen mentioned she's from Wentzville MO--would you believe that's where Joy Foods is? They are the company that makes the flavored tofu. I didn't even mention their " pressed tofu with vegetable, " which I will cheerfully eat a whole package of all by myself in the car before I get home from the grocery store! There's also a yellow tofu which is great in salads when you want to substitute SOMETHING for ham cubes in your aunt's favorite old macaroni salad recipe. Apparently Joy Foods have taken the month of January off for vacation, so I couldn't stock up on the 5 spice and chili-lemongrass tofu on my last two trips to the international grocery. Hopefully they will come back from the ski slopes or wherever inspired to make more tofu and add more flavors.
