I froze both candy bars before chopping them up and putting them in the cookie batter, and they turned out better. They're still not pretty cookies by any means, but they tasted great! I'm so happy they were better and everyone enjoyed them. I had a feeling the candy bars were to heavy and cut into big pieces. The Heath bar ones were definitely better, but I think I might try 1 1/2 bars in a batch next time. I'm just used to getting compliments on how pretty my sugar cookies are -- but they're just SO time-consuming! I can even make " my " chocolate cake (Hershey's cocoa recipe) look pretty. Audrey S.
