Guest guest
Hello, This is a bread we really like: Multigrain Boule, by Ecce Panis Bakery. This bread is made in New Jersey, USA, so may not be available for all. Why I mention this bread company, is because of the good recipes listed on the site. There are many vegetarian and a few others. http://www.eccepanis.com/<http://www.eccepanis.com/> It is easily found in our area. Sprouts and Wal-Mart carry it. You can locate where it is sold on their website. If you have no luck with finding it sold in your area, other good hand crafted breads will do. I guess you could even...gasp... make your own...GRIN! Because hand crafted bread is so heavy with grains it is not low in calories, but it is healthy and good for you. One 180 cal. slice has 15% fat, which is low and the bread is satisfying. We had it with vegetable soup for lunch. [i am really working on portion control.] Gads, I am making myself hungry, looking at recipes! Barb K.
