Guest guest Posted August 8, 2009 Report Share Posted August 8, 2009 Orange, Banana Almond Pudding 4 large bananas juice of 1 large orange 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 4 ozs. flaked almonds Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly oil an ovenproof dish. Slice the bananas in halves or quarters along their length and arrange in the dish. Mix the orange juice, sugar and spices together and spoon over the bananas.
