Guest guest
I agree Donna, Tomatoes belong to the family *Nightshade* and I would not advise eating tomatoes or any vegetable or fruit daily. I think it is best to have a varied diet , if possible , taking advantage of as many different plants as you can without *overdosing*. It is not uncommon for people to be allergic to tomatoes. I am a fair skinned, freckled person who will sun burn if I'm in the shade. I've lived my life in this very high altitude and we have more skin Cancer because we are closer to the harming effects of the Sun's UV rays. I would be very careful suggesting that any food item taken enternally would keep one from sunburning. Especially with children. Doctors say that skin cancers are most often caused by sun damage to skin when we were children. Eye doctors will tell you the same about cataracts of the eyes. That is why sun glasses that protect from UV rays are now being advised for children as well as adults. There is nothing blocking the UR rays. Send us valid links, I will never chance it, I get moon burned I'm so white. > Donna
