Guest guest
We enjoy making this delicious, yet simple dish. Judy Stuffed Shells 1 box of jumbo shells, cooked and drained 1 24 oz container of cottage cheese 1 T. Ms. Dash 3/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese 1 qt. jar of Classico Four Cheese Spaghetti sauce 4-6 cloves of garlic minced 1/2 c. each of Parmesan and Cheddar Cheese Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese and Ms. Dash in a bowl. Spray a 9 x 13 in casserole dish with baking spray. Spread a very thin layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the dish. Take cooked shells and stuff with the cottage cheese mixture and lay, open side down. Fill your casserole dish, single layer, side by side with the stuffed shells. Mix minced fresh garlic into the spaghetti sauce and pour evenly over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle with about 1/2 c. of each parmesan cheese and cheddar. Bake covered with foil for 40 minutes.
