Guest guest
This is super delicious. Judy Simple Stir-fry 2 c. vegetarian " chicken " broth - I make it by adding 2 T. of McKays chicken-style(all vegetarian)seasoning to 2 c. of water 1/4 c. lite soy sauce 1 t. chili-garlic paste (found in the asian section of the grocery store) 2 T. corn starch 1 T. Brown sugar 1 t. ground ginger 2 T. dark/toasted sesame oil 5-6 c. diced fresh veggies - such as yellow squash, zuchinni, onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc. Whisk first 6 ingredients together in a bowl. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok at med. high heat 2 minutes. Add vegetables and stir fry 5 - 7 minutes. Add broth mixture and stir fry 1 - 2 minutes or until sauce thickens and vegetables are tender. Makes 8 servings. Serve over cooked basmati rice.
