If anyone's interested, Vegan Culinary Experience is making several back

issues of their online magazine available. If you by Friday,

April 10, you'll have access to them all. (It's free!) I've found many

great recipes at VCE - and they're delivered to my email weekly.

Also, Vegetarian Times' newest issue has some vegan cheese recipes. I

tried the Cashew Goat Cheese and it was amazing! DH nearly ate it all

before I had a chance to try it. Well worth the time and effort : )

Thanks alot for the link! The breakfast issue is chock full of awesome ideas.

I'm borderline/90% vegan. Still working out " comfort " issues w/recipes that need

egg whites for fluff, a bit 'o' cream or milk & occasional cravings/tang of a

pungent cheese or rich Greek yogurt. A quandary.
