Lol, I eat pieces of cut up green cabbage all the time :) But I probably

wouldn't if I was in your part of the world, where lettuce tastes like

lettuce 12 months of the year. (Can you tell I'm itching for growing

season goodies?) My partner and I have been on a big green cabbage kick

this winter--just plain and in chunks. It's like having crunchy chips

with every meal :-) I think we've been going thru 2-3 heads a week that
