Guest guest Posted May 13, 2009 Report Share Posted May 13, 2009 Hi Patty, yep Arrowroot is a thickener. I'd say you could probably use cornstarch in it's place, but I'm not a 100% sure. I haven't used arrowroot in the past, but I have heard they can be used interchangeably fairly easily. Of course there may be some differences.
