MSG does that LOL

I have never noticed a difference and I know plenty of meat eaters who can sleep

14 hrs a day.

From the standpoint of Chinese medicine, we might say that meat is very

warming, so it could stir heat to rise up from your liver into your heart,

causing possible insomnia and/or vivid dreams.

I eat meat and I sleep all right. But if I had that effect from meat and I

stopped eating it, it could have that effect.
