I am having a rough school year, and well.. year! First it was

moving a lot, and then dealing with family problems, school

problems, MORE school problems.. and now my diet.

ARGH!

Why dont they stop putting Gelatin in everything??

I honestly didnt even know gelatin was in anything but Jello and

related things like; certains candies and gummybears and gummy candy

etc etc.

I am very strict on what I eat, I eat mainly Vegan-made foods but

with ofcourse fruits and soy products included. But I cant help but

sneak a candy here and there, but I never knew most candy's have

gelatin if not all of them do!!

PLEASE, I need a list of FOODS NOT TO EAT.

I have been researching like crazy and I am trying to find out what

foods has gelatin and what foods do not. Apparently most candy's

dont want to put in their ingredients they have gelatin, and I found

out marsh mellows have it to..uggggh :(

Yes, I feel your pain. My doc put me on some pills, every ingredient

was vegan except for the gel caps they were housed in. I had to buy

empty vegan caps (28 bucks!) and switch the goods from gelatin caps

to vegan caps. I still feel guilty that I couldn't find an

alternative, and support a company that doesen't use animal

products...but at least I'm not ingesting them.
