Guest guest Posted December 8, 2007 Report Share Posted December 8, 2007 We started our day with a bowl of porridge (mmmmmmmm) before going out in the pouring rain to collect sprigs of holly! For lunch I made some leek and potato soup which we had with Colin's homemade spelt bread. We went out this evening and had vegetable fritters with mango chutney, followed by chestnut roast with cranberry sauce and sauteed vegetables, followed by Christmas pudding and ice cream. We go to the Riverside Vegetaria every year for a pre-Yule dinner :-) We also go there for special occasions like birthdays, engagements etc. Jo Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
