Guest guest Posted December 17, 2007 Report Share Posted December 17, 2007 they had a segment on freegans on the cbs evening news over the weekend (at least, i think it was on the cbs evening news, i was flipping thru the channels in the kitchen while cooking dinner)... this time they featured some woman in nyc making a gourmet dinner out of dumpster dived stuff but...my fave quote of the evening, was when the reporter held up a package of tifu and said " this doesn't expire for 4 more days....does tofu expire?
