The only stuff I've found that's reasonable is the weird powdered stuff in the " mac n chreese " brand (hey, it's comfort food for me!), and the stuff put out by galaxy: http://www.galaxyfoods.com/ourbrands/usa/vegan.asp Their " parmesan " works just fine, and we've found that the block stuff, when grated, works decent on pizzas if you use it sparingly and at the end of the baking period.
