Guest guest
Here in Oregon, I am able to purchase wonderful Black Kale that is delicious when added to a stir-fry. It almost has the consistancy of spinach when added to a stir-fry, but is a little more firm. It is a lot softer than either green or red kale when cooked. I buy the (ORGANIC) Black Kale whenever I can (sometimes it is all sold out when I go shopping) at the local co-op, because I like cooking with and eating it (sometimes even raw) often. If you have never tried the Black Kale, do yourself a favor and buy some, use it in place of spinach in recipies and you will be pleasantly suprised.
