Guest guest Posted January 29, 2008 Report Share Posted January 29, 2008 450 gm Potato 1 Garlic clove ½ small Onion 225 gm Curly Kale 4 Tbsp Olive Oil Peel and slice the potato. Place in pan with garlic, onion and some black pepper. Fry gently. Cover with water and simmer until the potatoes are tender. Mash until smooth (or blend). Prepare kale by chopping off thick stalks and shredding the leaves. Bring the soup back to the boil and add the kale – simmer for 5 minutes. I would then blend again but you can serve just as it is.
