Because he is Rastafarian, he set about adopting a Vegan lifestyle. He asked me many questions about it, and I had to be very careful as I did not know his parents' viewpoint on the subject. Since he feels strongly about this, he went at it full bore, and now he has lost a lot of weight. He asks me what to do and I try to help him, but I am very general and vague given my position as his teacher. I told him several times that he needed to talk to his parents about this; I could not advise him well because I am not a young Black man. So, what would you suggest? Are there some higher fat Vegan foods I can steer him toward? Cyn ________ Sent from Mail - a smarter inbox http://uk.mail.
