I notice in the Vegetarian Society magazine there are loads of local

groups. Our local group is quite good, but most of their gatherings

are in the daytime, which is awkward if you are at work.

 

Does anyone find their local group more accessible - or does anyone

have a local group they think is brilliant?

we have Bay Area Vegans here

and SF vegetarian Society..

http://www.sfvs.org/

and prolly a few more out there...there was a localish Earthsave group, up in the northbay, but haven't heard from them in awhile...

i know Bay Area veg does all sorts of outings, leafletting, events and dinners....

Supposed to be a good one in Swansea that meets in the evenings, but thats way too far for me........

Are you far from Swansea? Maybe you will get a chance to visit when

you girls are older.

probably about 1-1.5 hrs each way , so not practical in the nights realy.

seriously, any colleges or the like anywhere near ya? might be easy for you just to start your own local group...
