Hi Fraggle

That seems about midway to me - which is fine. Maybe all that beer has a good effect :-)

Well done Fraggle - I wish I could lose 15lbs! I lost some just over a year ago, and then stayed the same for ages, put on a couple of pounds over Yule, and stayed the same since. I must try harder :-(

well..driving a desk for three yrs did nuthin good for me!

so, once i started working here at JR, and was on my feet all day long, it certainly helped!

had a scare when they first took my blood pressure, as the nurse got a reading of something like 172/140....heck, i'd be having a stroke right then and there!

subsequent tests showed it was 120/70....phew!

especially hard in the winter

its hideous to wake up and head to work in the dark, and come home after work, and its dark...

Desk work is definitely not good for us. I find it difficult to get enough exercise. When I did shop work etc. it was much easier to keep fit.Jo

I agree. We come home in the light now, which is good - we get to see the garden for half an hour :-)

the lil sluggies and friends had been quiet this year so far

alas, i said "had"

suddenly, the garden is alive with the lil slime nuggets....

i must have pulled 100 from one area under a plant.....

they'd better like playing next door better....

but, yes, its nice to have extra time in the garden!

The only food crops I have at present are herbs, but they are doing

well. On the flower front - I have cowslips out!
