Guest guest
Hi Fraggle That seems about midway to me - which is fine. Maybe all that beer has a good effect :-) Well done Fraggle - I wish I could lose 15lbs! I lost some just over a year ago, and then stayed the same for ages, put on a couple of pounds over Yule, and stayed the same since. I must try harder :-( Jo - fraggle vegan chat Monday, March 10, 2008 6:07 PM hey Jo, B12 question hey josince you are the site queen of B12 awareness, i thought i'd just come str8 to you.i had some blood tests run (hey, get it all done before i loose insurance again..)my B12 comes out with a number of 477...good, bad, adequate, normal?and, lost 15 lbs since started working at Juniper Ridge...too bad the bastards laid me off eh?Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance. Guest guest
well..driving a desk for three yrs did nuthin good for me! so, once i started working here at JR, and was on my feet all day long, it certainly helped! had a scare when they first took my blood pressure, as the nurse got a reading of something like 172/140....heck, i'd be having a stroke right then and there! subsequent tests showed it was 120/70....phew! jo Mar 10, 2008 10:58 AM Re: hey Jo, B12 question Hi Fraggle That seems about midway to me - which is fine. Guest guest
Desk work is definitely not good for us. I find it difficult to get enough exercise. When I did shop work etc. it was much easier to keep fit. Jo
