It is very nice. Let me know what you think if you make it ( I would up the cumin a little bit though next time )

ooooh, I love cumin. I added it to the wheat-corn muffins I made

the other day, along with cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom.

 

I also like black cumin (nigella). I added it to my last batch of

oatmeal raisin chocolate chip cookies, along with chipotle and the

usual seasonings.

Chipotle is smoked and dried jalapeno peppers -- I buy it ground

up. It's spicy but not as hot as other types of chili. I got some

because some of the interesting recipes in one of Dreena Burton's

cookbooks called for it, and I liked it. I've used it in hummus,

too.

 

I lke to make cookies with a lot less sweetener and some

unexpected hot, spicy flavors.

Chipotle is smoked and dried jalapeno peppers -- I buy it ground up. It's spicy but not as hot as other types of chili. I got some because some of the interesting recipes in one of Dreena Burton's cookbooks called for it, and I liked it. I've used it in hummus, too.

 

I lke to make cookies with a lot less sweetener and some unexpected hot, spicy flavors.
