Romaine lettuce, torn or chopped1/4 lb. gourmet salad mix2 carrots, peeled and grated1/2 beet, peeled and grated1/8 red cabbage, finely chopped1 Asian cucumber, thinly cut in rounds2 oz. clover sprouts2 oz sunflower sprouts1 tomato, sliced1/2 red onion, in rings or thinly sliced1/2 avocado, in chunksOptional:Jicama, sweet red peppers, celery, toasted or soaked seeds and nuts, dulse, edible flowers.In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, salad mix and 1/2 rest of ingredients except beet, tomatoes, onion and avocado.
