Elderflower and lemon tea is quite good for colds - it is anti-viral - and helps warm you up to beat the germs.

Getting up, coughing, wiping nose, spitting unknown life forms , going to work, polishing my red nose, wondering how much more my lungs can take, and how long before I throw up from all the phlegm I have swallowed, catching a train back home, which I will fall asleep on, snore my head off with a waterfall of slimy drool down my chin. Visist my mum, bum a meal off her, go home, hand over money to my kids, complete my cough-a - thon, go to bed.

Its fun being me.

P.S. in case you didnt catch it, I`ve got a bugger of a cold/cough combo....... ....real hard core........ ...

If it's spicy it might be good for ya, as it may make you sweat more and make all those buggers come crawl outta your pores faster.I find cinnamon tea also very soothing. Just put a stick and let it boil a few minutes, or sprinkle regular ground cinnamon powder into a cup of hot water. Add your "vegan-honey", give it a stir and drink it as hot as you can.Just fill yourself up on as much hot fluids as possible. And sleep! Nothing better to help your body recoverEh, by "vegan-honey" i meant any honey-replacer your choice, lolBea :)--- On Sat, 6/21/08, Peter VV <swpgh01 wrote:Peter VV <swpgh01Re: Re: happy solsticeTo:
