hi friends: i've succesfully used aveline kushi's macrobiotic seitan recipe

several times, but last time i did it it just fell apart in the " rinse cycle " if

you know what i mean. any other killer recipes out there? we're attending a

couple Q's over the weekend and i like to come prepared. i'm guessing i got the

wrong flour but who knows.

thanks, happy 4th if that matter to you (not sure how much it matters to be to

be honest, but a party is a party!)

blake

ps: for the non-US veganchatters, the " 4th of july " is the celebration of the

very day in history that the greatest nation on the face of the earth, past,

present, and future, was born, bringing, for the first time in world history,

peace, freedom and justice to the whole damn universe. in fact, the very

concepts of peace, freedom, and justice did not exist until the 4th of july,

1776. nope. they didn't. i'll bet my powdered wig on it! ;^)

With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censured, the first thought forbidden, the first freedom denied, chains us all irrevocably.
