Guest guest Posted July 3, 2008 Report Share Posted July 3, 2008 after reading peter's recent post on the alleged vegan pie at piraat in the tenderloin in san francisco, i thought i'd let everyone know that whole foods stores (at least my local shop in hillcrest, san diego) offers very tasty vegan pies both for take out as whole pies (call ahead) or pre made slices. we've had their vegan bbq chick'n pies a couple times (made with gardein faux chx and follow your heart vegan gourmet cheeze) and their pesto and both are excellent, sinful, and can't possibly be vegan! but they are! i think! so they say! blake Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
