Guest guest
Greetings from humid central NJ! After having a decades-long dormant desire to do the right thing and " eat correctly " , my epiphany recently arrived for no known reason - so I took the big step and am enjoying an exciting lifestyle change in my first week. Not one craving for a former food item has occurred yet, so I'm confident I'm in this all the way and won't go off the waggin' (had to work some sort of pun in!) I feel like a kid in a candy store at the local Whole Foods! Having read about cows and bees, I decided go all the way. Just wanted to introduce myself, learn through this forum, and perhaps make some new friends along the way. Thanks for reading and have a great day or evening! All best wishes, Slideman (aka Ernie)
Guest guest
Hi, Ernie -- Your lifestyle change was an important one. I think you will find it is not difficult to stay "on the wagon". Congratulations to you...and happy eating. By the way, what did you read about bees? Guest guest
Welcome Ernie! I hope you continue to find joy in your new lifestyle choice. My husband and I have loved every minute of being vegan. I've never had regrets or feel that I'm missing out in some way. I'm glad you have easy access to a Whole Foods, that store makes being vegan a bit more convenient. Have a lovely day. ~Faith > : slideman_1948: Thu, 31 Jul 2008 13:41:11 +0000 " Hi " from a new member, literally and figuratively! > > Greetings from humid central NJ!
