Guest guest
Hi, Trish ... thanks for the congrats! I read that some bees are squashed during honey harvesting. Honey substitute goes on the list! Whole Foods will greet me at the door soon! Ernie

I've enjoyed my first day of chat. Ever. I guess I just had to wait for the right group! Ernie
Guest guest
Hi Ernie Glad you're enjoying the group. The closest I've found to honey is some of the organic syrup brands (at least in the UK). They're not exactly the same, but they do have a honey-like taste.
