Guest guest
Is this possible? Most raw recipes I read contain some type of not (i'm Allergic). I had read that a raw food diet can help with energy problems. I do everything from eating healthy, taking vitamins, excercising and in the past month have been so tired during the day. I thought i'd give it a shot, but most of the recipes I am finding have some type of nut (cashew, etc) as a base ingredient. Any thoughts? Guest guest
nuts are very prevalent in the raw diet, as they have a lot of calories and fat, plus they can be ground up and used as any number of creams, sauces, milks, and "cheeses" there are raw recipes out there without nuts, its just harder are fruits ok for you? The first speech censured, the first thought forbidden, the first freedom denied, chains us all irrevocably.
