I've been a long- time vegetarian but I'm new to veganism (three weeks and counting). I'm guardian to four rescued special-needs cats, have a 95% vegetarian husband (he does it to keep peace in the house but will sometimes rebel and bring in meat for himself), and I live in Pennsylvania, USA.
