Vegan Actor James Cromwell Injured While Being Environmentally-Friendly

Proving that taking care of Mother Earth can be an extreme sport, James Cromwell was injured this week when he fell off his bicycle.

According to his publicist, Cromwell is a “serious cyclist†who was training on a Los Angeles area canyon road on Sunday when he fell. While falling off a bike may not sound like a huge deal, Cromwell is said to be suffering from a broken collarbone and a partially deflated lung…OUCH!

Cromwell is loved here at the Razz for being not only a great actor, but a great activist. In the past, he’s worked with PETA, HSUS Farm Sanctuary, and many other organizations that help promote the humane treatment of animals.

On a personal note, I’ve met Cromwell once (he wouldn’t remember) and served he and his wife years ago when I worked at Angelica Kitchen. I can attest to his dedication to the cause and kind manner.
