Guest guest
The Christmas Without Cruelty Fair is on 30 November at Kensington Town Hall, from 10.00 hours to 19.00 hours. I'm not sure if I will be going this year, but it is usually good - along the same lines as the Vegan Fair. If you can't get to that one there is the South West Christmas Without Cruelty Fair on 6 December at the Exeter Corn Exchange, from 10.00hours to 16.30 hours. Guest guest
I haven't heard of anything like this on this side of the pond. What is it? A craft fair where animal ingredients are not used? Guest guest
Hi YarrowI've not been to one for a few years, but in the past it's been a bit like a vegan " convention " , with a whole load of stalls (often selling Christmas oriented stuff, so with Yule cards and the like, and AR stalls in general), a few talks, workshops, etc. BBPeter2008/11/17 <yarrow I haven't heard of anything like this on this side of the pond. Why, the Government is merely a servant—merely a temporary servant; it cannot be its prerogative to determine what is right and what is wrong, and decide who is a patriot and who isn’t. Its function is to obey orders, not originate them. Mark Twain
