How to stay healthy as a vegan.

I just wanted to say how helpful it is to read all the ways to stay

healthy and have great meal ideas as well as a vegan in this group. I

am always looking for great and healthy meal ideas,since my knowledge

of Vegan cooking is limited. Also, my mother wants me to eat healthy

because I'm vegan.

 

My parents are cool though they offer me alternatives to eating

animals or food with animal products in it.

 

They also eat vegetarian and vegan sometimes as well. They are still

meat eaters but they don't eat as much meat as they use to, because of

me so maybe I 'm having a good influence on them.

 

I might try that Cabbage soup.It sounds good, and I 'm Irish so

Cabbage is a traditional food.
