Guest guest
Hey there, I'm makeing the change to a vegan diet, and justy started The China Study today. I know a lot of people have read it already, but it would be fun to have a read-a-long with the people who haven't read it yet, or would like to re-read it. Guest guest
Hi Ashley I have not read the China Study, but have heard mention of it several times. Presumably it recommends a vegan diet with lots of vegetables and fruit. What do you like/dislike about the information contained? Guest guest
i read the China Study a few years ago, maybe 4.... unfortunately, the main thing i happen to remember about it was the huge stink it caused in several places in the media. of course, this was the height of the Atkins craze, and some trees got rattled by the release of this book. mostly Weston Price howlers anyways, it seemed to be a good book. i know a lot of people really liked it. fraggle >ashley_kayei >Jan 5, 2009 7:55 AM > > First post, the china study > >Hey there, I'm makeing the change to a vegan diet, and justy started The China Study today.
