What they do is they get the human gene for blood clotting and put it in the zygote cell of a goat that's just the little sprm and egg joined together then it replicates and is implanted inside a female goat and the goat gives birth to it and when it grows up it produces milk with the blood clotting gene and cieliaks drink it and it can tell their body to clot the wound it's amazing stuffSent from my iPhone

sadly, i've never seen any of the tylenol brands which are vegan. they have gelatin, or some other nasty ingredient

frankly, for the OTC pain releiver dept, if you need to take a quick acting pill, the only thing i've found to be reliably veganish, is plain aspirin.

there might be one of two out there in which there may not be animal ingredients listed on the package, but, they are a bear to find.

i've had better luck at the hospital pharmacy, out here, we have kaiser as our big HMO, and i've actually had some good luck getting the pharmacist to dig up various anti-infamatory/pain reliever medications...then again, they could be lying.

you can't do much about it tonite obviously, but is there a health food store, whole foods, or the like near you Cyn? might be worth taking a look at what herbal remedies they have.

and as always, research, read, learn, educate thyself

On Behalf Of Theo SladeWednesday, January 07, 2009 6:57 PM Subject: Re: msnbc.com: Drug created from genetically engineered goatsIt just so happens I have to know this for my a level biology course. What they do is they get the human gene for blood clotting and put it in the zygote cell of a goat that's just the little sprm and egg joined together then it replicates and is implanted inside a female goat and the goat gives birth to it and when it grows up it produces milk with the blood clotting gene and cieliaks drink it and it can tell their body to clot the wound it's amazing stuffSent from my iPhoneOn 7 Jan 2009, at 22:24, "CKG" <cynthiaandtheothers (AT) comcast (DOT) net> wrote:Sigh.I gots a BIG headache.
