For me, Ido the best I can with what I have. For instance, my husband and Iwent to DisneyWorld in Oct. while we were in FL. One of the parksdidn't have ANYTHING vegan where we were so if I wanted to eat it wasa cheese pizza for me. As much as I didn't want to eat it, I'd rathereat vegetarian than not eat at all. Now I know that I really need toprepare and plan when we go to places like this. I think many people don't realize what being vegan entails. No yogurt(unless soy), jello, m & m's, skittles, common hand soaps/cleaners,certain breads (whey), etc. You really get an education about what'sin your food when you become vegan.Debra "Will we ever get to the point that we realize that we will be more secure when the rest of the world isn't living in poverty just so we can have nice running shoes?"
