It makes turning the whole lot easy, and the skewer helps them cook faster.Saves energy, and speeds up eating time. And, you'll hear better afterwards!Sorry, couldn't resist....Blake ps: yes, I know, " potato " , but our 80's Vice President spelled it with an " e " and I feel very 80s right now....
