Coconut Bliss, ice cream made from coconut milk, will be available in at least four flavors: Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge, Mint Galactica, Naked Coconut and Vanilla Island. Bliss Unlimited, LLC, creator of Coconut Bliss makes the ice cream from cholesterol-free coconut milk and sweetened with low-glycemic agave syrup. Coconut Bliss is USDA-certified organic and 100-percent vegan. In four years, the product has gone from being available in two states, to all 50.
