Do any of you have suggestions for vegan vitamins? I'm personally

looking for a one-a-day type multivitamin version, but I work for a

store that's going to be opening up a specialty store that may carry

things like this. The owner disclosed to me that she has to have

gluten-free and casein-free food, but that she's essentially turned to

a vegan diet because she felt so much better after trying a vegan raw

diet for a while (she's off the raw-only and sticking to the vegan

food).

I'm loaning her my " Becoming Vegan " and bringing her my nutritional

yeast to try, in addition to a vegan Omega-3 supplement from a

European supplier that I like. I'd like to be able to give her

additional suggestions for supplements/vitamins for vegans so that she

can consider supplying them in her new store. I'm excited because

this may open up a new vegan source in an area normally pretty sterile

in terms of vegetarian options.

Anyone have a favorite vitamin or supplement that they'd recommend?

I don't like pills, so the vitamin b-12 I use is liquid, in a dropper

bottle. IIRC, it's from NOW.
