Guest guest Posted February 14, 2009 Report Share Posted February 14, 2009 We keep bird feeders outside and have a number of birds that come regularly. We've lost several doves and a cardinal to a hawk the last few weeks. We keep the feeders close to bushes, but I'm not sure what else to do to protect them while they're eating. I'm thinking deer netting, but I'm not sure that would work. Anyone have any previous experience with birds and protecting them from predators?
