Great with a veggie gravy. 2 cups cooked, brown rice 1/4 cup each, finely ground: almonds, pine nuts, walnuts, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds 1 cup whole grain bread crumbs Juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon 1 1/2 cups finely chopped onion Equivalent of 3 eggs whipped (see Substitutions section of this website) 1 tsp sea salt 3 tbsp nutritional yeast 1/2 tsp each ground sage, thyme and rosemary few dashes of powdered sea kelp Combine all ingredients.
