We are ovo lacto but use only eggs from our own well kept pet hens. I try to avoid butter and never buy milk (love Silk with Omega). I am very guilty of the cheese thing though, wish there was a good " fake. " I'm here to learn new things, tricks and recipes so I can start weaning my husband and I off the other daily, at least part of the time!
