Guest guest Posted March 18, 2009 Report Share Posted March 18, 2009 okm so i finally made a vegan carrot cake today it's very tasty BUT the frosting was EXTRELELY sweet....too sweet so help i need tofutti cream cheese frosting recipes please.....?!?! also i am planning a surprise going away party for my husband. Guest guest Posted March 18, 2009 Report Share Posted March 18, 2009 Not sure where I got this, but this is what I do for carrot cake: Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients: * 1 container Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese * 1/2 cup vegan margarine * 2 cups powdered sugar * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice Preparation: Combine the cream cheese and margarine. Slowly add the powdered sugar, then vanilla and lemon juice.
