Guest guest
You can start chitting potatoes indoors now- a cool room and some light, it gets them sending out shoots ready for planting out. Some people use old tyres, stack 2 together fill the bottom with compost, plant potatoes, one or 2 I guess depending on tyre size, then add another tyre and compost as the plants grow- earthing up to cover the potatoes as they form. Might need a few tyres! Easy to dismantle for harvesting! There are many plants that can be grown in containers, good luck and enjoy your veggy growing, it's addictive!
