Guest guest
oh heavens I did not mean any disrespect I am graved if any on here are hurt by my words. what I meant by whoopee witch are the teen agers that think that charmed and harry potter are real and by drawing a chalk line on the floor they can become some sort of magical doorway to the nether world. I do not mean the people that truly do there home work and treat it with respect like any other faith. I am a proud Wiccan and see no harm in what we do may the Goddess bless and keep you all. ************************************************************************** Hi Katie I'm assuming you're using " Wiccan " in the American sense of the word? For those of us from England, your statement has the hint of what we call " fundy Wiccans " , who seem to think that any Pagan who isn't Wiccan is somehow second class... I'm sure you didn't mean it that way, but just bear in mind that there are a lot of Pagans who don't follow the 1940s invention of Gerald Gardner!... including sime on this list. :-) BB Peter
Guest guest
Hi KatieNo offense taken... it's just something that I tend to be a bit touchy about, as I seem to have met a lot of people who think that Wicca is the only form of Paganism... so I tend to be a bit (overly) jumpy about anything that could be taken that way, even if not meant :-) BBPeter2009/3/29 katie scott <east_watch oh heavens I did not mean any disrespect I am graved if any on here are hurt by my words. what I meant by whoopee witch are the teen agers that think that charmed and harry potter are real and by drawing a chalk line on the floor they can become some sort of magical doorway to the nether world. Guest guest
There are as many denominations of paganism as there are christian and others. Any return to respecting the planet/universe is a good thing.
