At present, I’m eating Vitalicious Muffins

which I make from their mix (using applesauce instead of eggs). However, I

recently found out they contain cow milk solids. When the muffins are

gone I’m switching to cereal and soy milk. I have New England

Natural Bakers Organic Cinnamon Spice & Everything Nice that I buy in bulk.

It contains all organic ingredients: whole rolled oats, naturally milled sugar,

expeller-pressed canola oil, raisins, oat flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. It’s

fabulous!

I didn't grow up eating oats often, but for years I've eaten oatmeal

for breakfast. I prefer it uncooked, with water or ricemilk or soymilk,

sometimes soy yogurt, and sometimes fruit.

 

 

What does everyone else eat for breakfast?
