can u think of a wiser, prescient, woman of these times?

....and here we are running our vegan food classes 110 years later...and we think the idea is new!

this woman is legendary. if donald watson is the father of the vegan movement, this is the virgin mother...

I agree with giving her her due, but as far as I am concerned Donald Watson did the most here to bring veganism to a wider audience, and to make it easier for people to be vegan.
