still get twinges..but, much better

all i needed to do was spend three weeks wandering across western europe....

was even able to assist brewing last at linden street brewing. if i'm able to lift 55lb bags of malt over my head again, i must be better

 I think they are very good - glad you enjoy them Fraggle. The only slight drawback for me is there fairly high salt content, as I have to watch my intake. Usually I just make sure I avoid all other sources of salt for that day :-)

Redwoods products are a zillion times better then Tofurky

at least the redwoods products i've had

I haven't had Tofurky - I think the Redwoods Turkey-type roast is probably the same thing in UK.

LOL - that's good to hear. I think once you have hurt your back you do get

twinges and spells of it being not so good.
