Well, I did it.  I said No to cream in my coffee this

morning!  Unbelievably the coffee wasn’t near as bad as I thought it

would be.  By the time it was ½ gone, I even liked it.

It is a matter of habit. Once you do something a few times you forget you did it another way previously. The first time I drank chamomile tea I thought it was aweful but continued to drink it because it is meant to be good healthwise. I got to really like it.

Great! What did you use instead? I like Soy Silk creamers pretty well.

I'm so used to them now that the thought of the taste of cream in my

coffee sounds yucky.

Trish,

I've tried regular soy milk and vanilla soy milk but I don't like either.

I've not tried a soy based creamer product. I decided that it would be

easier if I just drank plain black coffee. When I go out to eat with

friends, I don't want to have to carry my own cream. I had black again

today and enjoyed it.

It does sound far easier to have your coffee black. I have found that soya milk

needs to be warmed to add it to coffee otherwise it separates.
