Guest guest Posted May 13, 2009 Report Share Posted May 13, 2009 http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=11046.0 Ingredients: 16 oz. prepared pasta (bow ties) 1 bunch of asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces 1/2 cup olive oil 2-3 cloves minced garlic 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes 1 pinch red pepper flakes Directions: While pasta is cooking, steam asparagus until barely tender. In a large skillet, cook garlic in olive oil, and add asparagus, tomatoes, and red pepper flakes. When heated, combine with cooked pasta, sprinkle with black pepper, and enjoy.
