Hi Lancia

 

Welcome to the group.

 

You can get plenty of iron from dark green vegetables. Anaemia can also be

caused by insufficient vitamine E, and there's plenty of that in nuts, seeds,

etc. If you have a source of vitamin C with your iron foods it will help it

absorb.

 

If you still have trouble, take a good multi-supplement.
